Photographing a Charity Golf Outing at Ferry Point NYC

As a professional NYC event photographer, I recently had the opportunity to document a dynamic and heartfelt charity golf outing at Bally's Golf Links at Ferry Point—a stunning course tucked between the Throgs Neck Bridge and the Whitestone Bridge in the Bronx. With the Manhattan skyline faintly visible in the distance and the East River breeze sweeping across the course, this outing was more than a day on the links—it was a celebration of community, generosity, and purpose.

Spotlighting Event VIPs, Branding, and Sponsors

For every foursome, I captured both posed group portraits at tee boxes and candid moments mid-swing or reading greens. These images not only served as keepsakes for attendees but also as valuable content for the organizers to share on social media, newsletters, and future promotional materials.

A key part of any charity outing is recognizing the sponsors and partners who help bring the event to life. From branded golf carts to banners at the clubhouse and custom tee signs on the course, I focused on highlighting sponsor branding throughout the day. These detail shots provide essential value to the event’s supporters and reinforce the professional execution of the outing. Capturing these visual elements ensures the host organization and its donors receive proper recognition, while showcasing the quality of the event for future fundraising efforts.

Professional Event Photography That Tells a Story

Whether you're planning a corporate golf tournament, a non-profit fundraiser, or a private celebration, professional photography is key to capturing the full story of your event. At venues as visually rich as Bally’s Golf Links at Ferry Point, my goal is always to provide a gallery that reflects both the spirit and success of the day.

If you're organizing a charity outing or corporate event in NYC or the greater Tri-State area, let’s talk about how we can elevate your occasion through storytelling photography that blends candids, branding, and timeless group portraits.

As An NYC Corporate Event Photographer My Job Is All About Story Telling

As an NYC event photographer my job is to tell the story of my client's culture, their people, and what makes them unique. Photographing both the big moments and small moments, along with everything in between, is the way to properly photograph an event.

Science Saturday STEM Learning

What separates my photography apart from the competition? My background in marketing and advertising. Not only do I know how to technically capture a beautiful and engaging photo, but I too know how capture photos that can actually be used in a clients marketing/advertising collateral; space for text, subjects that are divers and excited, and not too busy. Simply put, I know what images need to be captured.

Science Saturday at The Rockefeller University in Manhattan, NY brought real scientists, experts in their respective fields, to engage with children and teach them bite size pieces of science that they could understand; physics, biology, anatomy, and more.

A New York Gala for Real New Yorkers

Our team of professional photographers have extensive experience covering Award Ceremonies and Galas, Conferences and Meetings, Fundraisers and Charity Events, Marketing and PR Events, Cocktail receptions, College and University Events, Luncheons, Formal Dinners, Holiday Parties, Company Retreats and Employee Appreciation Events, and so much more. Tonight’s fundraiser honored several first generation American’s making strides in their communities.

NYC Conference Photography is about the BIG moments and the details.

As professional NYC Conference and Event Photographers we are always searching for big moments, the little moments, and everything in between. The sum of it all tells the story of an event, and we often hear the detail photos we capture are crucial in planning future events, whether for an annual event or new event; empty rooms, setup photos, branding, chair and table placements.

“PLEASE DON’T take photos of PEOPLE LOOKING BORED… WE DON’T NEED PHOTOS OF PEOPLE LOOKING BORED AT OUR EVENT.”

No matter how serious the event is, there are always a few light moments where someone cracks a joke or gets the crowd excited. No matter how “instant” these moments are I am ready. As a corporate event and conference photographer, I am always searching for those split second events of laughter, joy, and excitement. I am always ready to photograph smiles and laughs.
